My Mind Moves

While there is growing awareness of the rising costs of mental health conditions on businesses, the stigma associated with these conditions is still a challenge for many organisations. And for many people, talking about mental health only means mental illness.

My Mind Moves (MMM) educates your employees that daily choices either lead to optimal or poor health – whether that be physical or mental health. MMM is a 33 day email-based program, with the key element of the program being the introduction of the concept of the “sliding scale” of mental health. Your employees will learn that their daily thoughts, actions, interactions and habits will either cause them to “slide right” towards optimal mental health, or “slide left” towards poor mental health.

We have two options available:

MMM Online:

  • Daily emails packed with motivation, tips and knowledge
  • Access to a range of podcasts, short videos and downloadable resources across the email program
  • Strategies to help employees “slide right” and develop the mindset of sustainable health change
  • ‘Ask the Psychologist’ feature gives your employees the ability to ask our in-house psychologist mental health related questions

MMM Offline:

  • Hard-copy professionally printed A5 booklet for your employees to work through across the program, and keep as a resource after the program
  • Regular emails and SMS packed with motivation, tips and knowledge
  • Access to a range of podcasts, short videos and downloadable resources across the program
  • Strategies to help employees “slide right” and develop the mindset of sustainable health change
